Our Story

Aby’s is the live music hub of Rapid City, bringing the community together with touring national acts, weekend local bands, open mics, karaoke, and Club 605 DJ’s to the area. We have every genre of music available and are also home to events like trivia, stoner bingo, darts games, and other diversions. Aby’s is also a proud purveyor of delicious food, local brews, fine wines, special drinks, and elegant mocktails.

 

We're also proudly sustainability oriented - from creating a porous parking lot that allows salt and oil to go into the ground instead of running off into the water, to reusing the wooden chutes of our mill tower to make the bars and tables in the pub, reusing furniture, and repurposing barn wood into bar stools. We’re also proud to have the world’s first hempcrete walk in cooler, first hempcrete music recording and rehearsal space, and bar tops (+ 2 tables) made of hemp wood.
